Had a terrible experience. Though I loved the place, the staffs were very unprofessional. Especially the main team. I should appreciate the ground level staffs were very good. But one bald guy was like. Behaving very uneducated. Joker guy. I wish the owners actually see this review and hire better people to run the place. Sas to see it in the hands of such unprofessional people. We went for a daytrip and paid exorbitant amount only to find out that the employees keep asking you questions like "HAVE YOU PAID? For every denial, they kept saying that the "stay" crowd was high. Every person would ask you for tokens and it didn't feel nice. They need to have other mechanisms like arm band or so to check a valid visitor. The buggy was never available. The relocated the coffee place from a nice little hut to something open. Snack was pathetic. This is the snack you guys provide after actually giving snack coupons! Food was very very ordinary. I am not going there again.
