Hello everyone, My name is Paul, and I am going to head to Eugnenix in April 2023. I'd like to go over my journey and explain how I chose them, etc. I had an FUT hair transplant close to 10 years ago done by PAI Medical Group in Regina Saskatchewan (Canada) with Dr. Gerbrands. I went with them due to how close it was, and did not do much research into them at all, purely chose them due to how close to home it was, this was stupid, "not a great plan" as Iron Man would say. The surgery cost roughly $10,000.00 CAD and was, in my opinion, a waste of my time, donor hair and money. The graft placement had poor density and placement. The grafts were placed in such a fashion as to part them down the middle, giving an unrealistic and unatural look, as well as giving me a giant scar (which I'd have been fine with if the transplant had looked good, now it is a mark of shame). I was treated well during the procedure, but I never once heard from the clinic afterwords to see how I was healing, how their work looked, no "Hi", "Bye", nothing. Brutal. My hair started to look worse and worse as the years went on and I was having sexual side effects from finasteride, completely killing my sex drive and obviously upsetting my wife, so I went off of it. I decided I wanted to try another clinic and to get back on finasteride. I did get on finasteride and lowered the dosage and have been on it for close to two years. Hi guys i am about to do transplantation from Eugenix in 2 months but recently I've seen some mixed reviews about the clinic that now i have second thoughts. Even in this site i saw people posted about bad donor management, poor implantation from technicians etc and also i was able to see comments from foreign patients in YouTube who are asking for money back because of below par results. Also recently saw a review, in which it is mentioned that Eugenix are doing 7-9 transplantation in a day so the transplantation team have to do the procedure in hurry burry which make them think have affected the results. Also i felt they are focused on designing a perfect hairline and rest finastride will do the job, like they are not concerned about future hair loss. I know Dr Arika and Dr Pradeep sethi are competent but they won't be available for the whole procedure which have made many patients who undergone transplant there uncomfortable because everyone will prefer the surgery to be done under the supervision of a doctor or by the doctor. I consulted with them recently, now with the revised package, even with premium package no implantation is done by doctor. They informed me now only with super premium package crucial implantation are done by the doctor. This really makes me think, doing transplantation from there have 50/50 chances of success. Hello all, My apologies for not posting earlier. My plan was to write-up my 6-month review after getting a haircut to show off my fantastic results at this stage but I have been so insanely busy that I have not even had a chance to get to the barber. Doesn't matter, though. I've been so happy just letting my hair grow out and I love how wildly unkempt it is. Just having my hair back has been such a joy that I don't really care how it looks right now. Having said that, a trip to the barber soon is in the forecast. Before the pics, I just want to say a few things: First - I am at the 29-week stage now so almost 7 months in. Second - the hair continues to thicken and it has amazed my family/friends/work colleagues. Third - I have now had 3 friends ask me to refer them to Eugenix because of my transformation. Introduction So I would first like to start by saying thanks to this amazing community. I can’t wait to give back and share my journey. Currently I am one day post-op from my procedure at Eugenix Hair Sciences. Why I chose Eugenix After being rejected by a forum recommended doctor due to my extensive hair loss I had lost hope that there ever was a chance for me to have a transplant, so I distanced myself from transplants.
